My Windows 8.1 Drivers are working perfectly in Windows 10. Normally, in Drive D: there is folder containing all Lenovo Drivers for your Laptop. Look if you find the Drivers, also at Lenovo Site there are the Drivers for your Connexant Sound Card, although for W8.1, but they should work in W10.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Audio drivers.

Follow the steps to uninstall the Audio driver:

1. Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.
2. Right-click on the Audio device listed and click on ‘Uninstall’.
3. Select the option to Delete driver software.
4. Restart the computer after its uninstalled.
5. Press Windows key + X.
6. Click on Programs and Features.
7. Right click on the Sound software listed and click on Uninstall.
8. Restart the computer after its uninstalled.

Now download the Sound drivers the manufacturer website and install it and check if it fixes the issue:

SETTING > SYSTEM > APPS & FEATURES > you should see all the drivers inc Dolby Advanced Audio v2 just click once

Thank you for the information. Is the Realtek the Dolby Audio Driver?

Yes it should be there. Realtek provides Dobly 5.1 surround audio. That is only audio driver in Acer driver listing for Aspire 7750g Windows 7 64-bit. I have checked other Realtek audio driver sites and this particular Realtek version is not included which means it is special-made driver for Acer notebook. Dolby Sound Drivers Windows 10

Hi everyone,

I have the same problem sice I installed W10 yesterday.

I'm not sure if I fixed it but I think it could work. I only did this:

1. Programs and Features

2. Look for 'Dolby Advanced Audio v2' on the list.

3. Right-click on it, and click on 'Repair' instead of 'Uninstall'.

It automatically downloaded 7.2.7000.4 version.

Hope it works!

Editing: Still doesn't work. I'm sure my version is 7.2.7000.4 but I restarted and it keeps telling me Dolby driver is 7.2.8000.17. I've checked ALL devices and not a single one has its driver on 7.2.8000.17 version.

2nd Editing: Solved!

I ended up uninstalling 'Dolby Advanced Audio v2' completely, from Programs and Features.

Then, I installed 7.2.8000.17 version from here: http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/downloads/ds032125

Restarted... And it works, don't ask why. I hope it works for you as well.
